Who we are

ITMA 2011 organiser, MP International, has appointed Barcelona Business Pass to be the official travel agent handling the accommodation requirements of participants. ITMA 2011 will take place from Thursday 22nd to Thursday 29th of September 2011 at the Fira Gran Via de Barcelona exhibition centre. Due to the number of attendees to the exhibition, an exceptionally high demand for hotel rooms is expected during the event, it is therefore recommended that accommodation is reserved well in advance.

What we do

On behalf of ITMA, Barcelona Business Pass has negotiated highly competitive hotel rates that can be accessed by booking through this website. All these rates are estimated but cannot vary from more +/- 5 % on top or below the indicated rate. These rates will be definitely confirmed by September 2009, and are unlikely to increase, but in case of improbable strong inflation in Spain.

Extremely discounted rates have been negotiated for extended stays, particularly for the attendees being involved in Stand Building and Dismantling (15 nights and over).

How to book

Once you are ready to book, the fastest way to make a reservation is online. Credit cards, bank transfers and cheques are accepted. Please be assured that transactions made through this website are totally secure. You can also send to us your hotel selection by fax or email using the booking form.

Accommodation Advice

In the case of attendees wishing to book group reservations (greater than 15 attendees), Barcelona Business Pass is pleased offer free accommodation advice and can prepare bespoke accommodation solutions based on your specific accommodation needs.
